1. Introduction

Ola Football Hub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a mobile application for football scores, fixtures, standings, team and player information, favorites, optional match alerts, in-app support, optional Premium subscriptions, and related features (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom it may be shared, and the choices you have. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This policy is intended for App Store users and the general public. The App is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms and Apple’s privacy practices for features Apple provides (such as In-App Purchases and system notifications).

2. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through:

• the Ola Football Hub iOS application
• related support / contact features inside the App
• servers and third-party services we use to operate the App

It does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control, even if linked from the App.

3. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account to use core score and fixture features.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following:

3.1 Information you provide

• Optional support ticket details (subject, message, optional name, optional email)
• Messages you send through in-app Contact Support
• Preferences you choose in the App (for example favorites, alert settings, theme)

3.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and app information (such as iOS version, app version, device type, language, and approximate region/time zone)
• App usage signals needed to operate features (for example launch count used for ad frequency / product logic)
• Diagnostic or crash-related information to help keep the App stable
• Network requests required to load football data (scores, fixtures, standings, search, etc.)

3.3 Notifications

If you enable push notifications / match alerts, a push notification token and related device identifiers needed to deliver those alerts (for example via OneSignal when configured).

3.4 Purchases and subscriptions

Premium subscription and purchase status processed by Apple through StoreKit / In-App Purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple processes payments.

3.5 Advertising-related data (free users)

• Advertising identifiers and related signals used by ad partners (such as Google AdMob), only as allowed by applicable law, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, and your consent choices
• Ad interaction events needed to show, measure, and limit ads

3.6 Technical / service tokens

• Temporary authentication tokens used to securely call our sports data / API services
• A support session token and device identifier used to manage your support tickets

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as precise health data, precise continuous location tracking for advertising, contacts, photos, or microphone audio for core App features.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide football scores, fixtures, standings, match details, search, favorites, and related content
• Remember your preferences on your device
• Send match alerts / push notifications you request
• Operate in-app support and respond to your messages
• Process, restore, and manage Premium subscriptions
• Show ads to free users and remove ads for Premium users
• Improve App reliability, performance, and security
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to privacy requests

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal bases (where required)

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis (for example GDPR), we process information based on:

• Contract / service delivery — to provide the App features you request
• Consent — for optional notifications, personalized advertising where required, and optional support contact details you choose to submit
• Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the App in a way that does not override your rights
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law

6. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Examples include:

• Football data / API providers — to deliver scores, fixtures, standings, and related sports data
• Apple — App Store distribution, In-App Purchases / StoreKit, system push delivery infrastructure
• Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — advertising and consent messaging for free users
• OneSignal (when configured) — push notification delivery for alerts
• Hosting / backend services used for support tickets and App configuration

We share only what is reasonably necessary for these services to work.

7. Advertising and tracking

Free users may see advertisements.

Ad partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, and interaction data as permitted by:

• applicable law
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and iOS privacy controls
• your consent choices (including Google UMP where shown)

Where required, we present a consent experience before personalized ads. You can also control tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

An active Premium subscription removes ads in the App while the subscription remains active.

8. Data storage and retention

• Favorites, alert preferences, theme, and similar settings are stored locally on your device
• Subscription status may be cached locally and verified with Apple
• Support tickets / messages and related tokens may be stored on our servers or service providers for as long as needed to provide support and operate the App
• Technical tokens and logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized

You can remove local App data by deleting the App from your device. Deleting the App may not automatically delete support messages already stored on our servers; contact us if you want those deleted.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to withdraw consent.

You can:

• Turn notifications off in iOS Settings or in-App settings
• Remove favorites and change preferences in the App
• Limit or withdraw ad personalization where offered
• Manage or cancel Premium in your Apple ID subscription settings
• Uninstall the App
• Email us at jahangir011011@gmail.com with subject “Ola Football Hub Privacy” to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law

We may need to verify your request before fulfilling it.

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect information in line with applicable privacy laws.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the App or App Store listing where appropriate.
